This means no upfront charge, no per-click charge, no per-action charge, and no monthly subscriber charge. These services will always be entirely free, as long as Couponfield is in business.
Couponfield does not create coupons, it distributes coupons:
All coupons and promotions posted on Couponfield are the sole responsibility of the individual/business from whom the content originated. Couponfield does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of any coupon or the availability of any offer. Couponfield does not control, and is not responsible for content made available through the service, and that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. Furthermore, content may contain links to other websites (i.e., business home websites, on the "mini sites"), which are completely independent and unassociated with Couponfield. Couponfield makes no guarantees regarding the quality of these sites, and your linking to them is done entirely at your own risk.

At any time, for any reason, Couponfield can deem any business listing (and all related coupons) or any individual coupon listing to be inappropriate and remove it from the site. Also, Couponfield can accept or reject new business subscribers and prevent them from posting coupons at any time, for any reason. Couponfield is not liable in any way for damages associated with the termination of any account.
All coupons must be posted in good faith that the stated terms of the offer will be honored. If a user identifies a dishonest or questionable listing, please alert compliance @ Couponfield.com.
Additionally, you agree to not post any coupons that are misleading or deceitful, or infringe upon the intellectual property of any other party, or advertises illegal services or the sale of any items that are prohibited by applicable law. You also agree to not post content in an irrelevant category or geographical area.
Fulfillment of coupons that are tied to charitable donation drives are to be fulfilled by the business offering the promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Impersonation of other businesses will result in the immediate purge of false records and an investigation will be opened with the intention to flag unscrupulous individuals/businesses from participating on Couponfield in the future. If you knowingly impersonate a business with malicious intent, you will be liable to Couponfield and to the impersonated business for any damages associated with the fraud. Couponfield is not liable for any damages associated with the abusive use of the site by third parties.
To post coupons as a business, the entity must be registered as a business or offer independent services that are credible and business-like in nature. There are many online venues for classified ads, but Couponfield is not one of them.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services will be conducted for vendors posting coupons to help drive traffic to the site. Search engines and other sites not affiliated with Couponfield may archive and otherwise make available Couponfield content, beyond the scope of Couponfield's control.
Couponfield may advertise its services via print advertising or other mediums. These advertisements may contain a list of potential offers from local businesses. If you do not wish the name of your business or sample representative coupons to appear in Couponfield's printed list, please contact Couponfield at management @ Couponfield.com and directly state that you do not wish to have the name of your business published. Please retain confirmation from Couponfield that this request was received.
Couponfield accepts business logos and business information in the good faith that the copyrights to such materials are the property of the business posting the promotion, and is not liable for any damages resulting from abuse. Please alert Couponfield.com at compliance @ Couponfield.com if you suspect that infringement has occurred. You agree to not upload logos or any other content with viruses or other computer code designed to interrupt, monitor, or otherwise alter the performance of the site or the computers of visitors to the site.
After materials for a business landing page ("mini site") or coupons are received, Couponfield has the irrevocable license to publish this material royalty-free. If at any time, you wish to have your company's information suppressed on Couponfield, contact us at management @ Couponfield.com to terminate your account.
Couponfield does not screen all content before it goes live. Couponfield will make reasonable effort attempt to discover typos, grammatical errors and other inaccuracies and alert you when and if they are found, but there are no guarantees this will occur.

Couponfield does not collect credit card or banking information, for either businesses or consumers. If an entity claiming to be Couponfield asks for this information, then the request is being made fraudulently, and you are asked to contact compliance @ Couponfield.com immediately so that the incident can be reported to authorities.
All coupon postings and view/usage details are archived in our database, even after the termination of the coupon campaign and the removal of the postings from the site.
Presently, Couponfield provides services for users in the United States, and is under the province of U.S. laws. Any dispute arising as a result of the site shall be governed by the laws of the state of Virginia.
All content on Couponfield.com is the property of Couponfield and cannot be reproduced without the expressed consent of Couponfield. Any third party that compiles a list of our business users for commercial reasons is in violation of these terms and each individual violation is subject to $100 in penalties per instance.
